Her lectures typically emphasize how her "stone art" has evolved over the years, her changing techniques, and key lessons learned. She typically highlights the use and selection of color, maximizing (and controlling) texture, and the development of fabric-based perspective and shadowing.
Her classes focus on her fabric painting and texturing techniques, and can be either one or two days in duration (two days is recommended). Classes – which are highly interactive and hands-on – can be held either in Denise's Colorado studio or at remote locations.
